Meaning
still more; to say nothing of; not to mention (but less)
Examples:
彼女はフランス語を話せる。まして英語はなおさらだ。
She can speak French, and is even better at English.
彼は浮くことさえできない。まして泳げない。
He can't even float let alone swim.
彼は車も買えない。まして家など買えない。
He cannot buy a car, but less a house.

Note: I added but less to the meaning instead of (still less) because still less in English seems quite confusing to understand.
