新聞で環境問題を取り上げた記事をよく目にする。
I usually see environmental problems featured from a article in the newspaper.
目もくれない
「まったく興味や関心を示さない」
Won't show even the slightest of interest.
帰宅した息子はおやつには目もくれず、ゲームを始めた。
The son arrives home playing video games without showing the slightest interest to snacks.
目を引く
「目立って人に注意を向けさせる」
conspicuously draws people's attention to.
部屋に入った客の目を引いたのは、赤々と燃える暖炉だった。
The thing that drew attention to the guests came in was the burning red hot fireplace.
