I'm hosting a JPN-ENG exchange online weekly for people who are passionate about language learning. This will be an opportunity for people all around the world to have meaningful connections with other people who are looking to excel in they're language endeavors.

The Rules - ルール
1.Respect and Courtesy: All participants must treat each other with respect and courtesy at all times. Avoid offensive language, discrimination, or any form of harassment.
2. Language Use: Participants must adhere to the agreed-upon language exchange format.
For example, if it's a Japanese-English exchange, Japanese speakers should primarily use English, and English speakers should primarily use Japanese when it is "Japanese time" or "English time". You don't have to be perfect and you can ask for help but focus on improving your speaking ability.
3.Equal Participation: Encourage equal participation from both language partners. Ensure that both parties have an opportunity to practice and improve their language skills during the exchange.
4.Active Listening: Participants must actively listen to each other without interrupting. Allow your partner to express themselves fully before responding.
5.Constructive Feedback: Provide constructive feedback to your language partner to help them improve their language skills. Feedback should be given in a respectful and encouraging manner.
6.Stay on Topic: Keep the conversation focused on language learning and cultural exchange. Avoid discussing sensitive or controversial topics that may lead to discomfort or disagreement.
7.Time Management: Respect each other's time by starting and ending the language exchange sessions punctually. The duration of each language group session will be 1 hour and 15 mins the 15 minutes will be briefing and organizing the rooms for the language exchange.
8.Privacy and Confidentiality: Respect the privacy and confidentiality of your language partner. Do not share personal information without consent.
9.Consistency: Commit to regular language exchange sessions to ensure consistent progress for both participants. Set a schedule that works for both parties and stick to it.
10.Problem Resolution: If any issues arise during the language exchange, address them promptly and respectfully. Discuss any concerns or misunderstandings openly to find a resolution. If someone is becoming a disturbance to the experience and harming others contact me immediately and I will deal with them personally.

11.Feedback and Improvement: Periodically review the language exchange experience with your partner. Discuss what is working well and areas for improvement to make the exchange more effective and enjoyable. You can contact the person who most connected with you through this experience in the discord.
