To hold a grudge.

I still hold a grudge from what he said to me 10 years ago.
猫をかぶる
「実際の性格を隠して、おとなしく見せる」
To play possum / To pretend and hide ones real personality.
本当はにぎやかな性格だが、今日は猫をかぶっておとなしくしている。
Actually I have a very lively personality but today I'll play possum and be more reserved.
